CAN I EDIT OR UPDATE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE SUBMITTED IT?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to update any of the order information. This includes changing the Ship To or Bill To address, payment information or adding additional items to your order. Depending on the change you are looking to make, you may need to place a new order and return your initial order.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY A//M ORDER SHIP?

All purchases are shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when the order is shipped, and if you would like to check your order status, log into your account, and click on "My Purchases".

HOW CAN I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?

Easy! Receive free shipping when you purchase 2 or more jewelry pieces from AlexMadison!

HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?

To return your items to AlexMadison, simply
1. Place your items to be returned with your packing slip in a box, indicating your reason for return.
2. Address your return to: Alex Madison Return Center - 903 Bellewood Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40223
3. Place the box in your mailbox, take it to the local Post Office or schedule a time with them to have it picked up from your doorstep.
4. We recommend that you return items via USPS and obtain a tracking number for proof of delivery.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you’re not satisfied with your AlexMadison purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition. 

Please keep in mind when returning or exchanging an item:

-Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, or a copy of your order confirmation email.
-Was your order missing an item, contain the wrong item, or have any product defects? If so, we ask that you notify us within 14 days from your order date. Email us at Madison@AlexMadison.com, with your Order ID and any applicable photos.
-Refunds: We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 30 days and Store Credit refund within 90 days. 
-Timing of Refunds: As soon as we receive your returned items at our Return Center, we will gladly process your refund. Please allow 5 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Return Center once you drop it in the mail. Once we process your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to become available in your account, depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
-At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund request.

Examples of manufacturer’s defect:

-Non-functional clasp
-Abnormal discolorations
-Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
-Different from described lengths
